By the end of this course the participants (MD’s & Managers) should:
- Describe the IOM model as an integrated tool for Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (ID/OS).
- Acquire sufficient knowledge about the interrelationships of the different elements of an organization
- Use the IOM tools to describe, analyze and diagnose organizations: knowing what can managers do with it, how to use it and its requirements and limitations
