This short course focuses on attracting and retaining customers through excellent customer service, cooperation, trust, commitment and the sharing of information. It is designed to improve your competence in the fields of sales, customer service, and contact centre operations.
Course Content
- Customer Relationship Management
- Identify customers, determine what they need and decide how to respond
- Deliver exceptional customer service beyond what customers require
- The art and science of monitoring and measuring for continual service-level improvement.
Assessment
This course is non-examinable. All the required assignments must be completed and sent to the College for marking. All assignments must be successfully passed in order to obtain the award.
