- Customer Care
- Display cultural awareness with customers and colleagues
- Attend to customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone
- Inform client of planned process and follow up on requests
- Resolve client requests and queries
Assessment
This course is non-examinable. All the required assignments must be completed and sent to the College for marking. All assignments must be successfully passed in order to obtain the award.
