INSEAD's Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness (CLE) is designed to bring INSEAD to the participants, at their workplace and at their pace. Taught by the same world class INSEAD faculty who teach in the MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Education programmes, it will give participants the leadership toolkit to succeed at the next level.
Consisting of 5 Modules that are delivered over 4 months, the program covers essential leadership topics that will enable high-potential participants to become more effective leaders.

Target Audience:
