This course deals in Indian Management Ethos and culture and its application in effective business operations. In this course, we will be learning about ethics, characteristics of Indian society, about Indian ethos and its application in Indian Management. Also, we will learn about Indian and others dominant cultures like Indian Culture, American Culture, Japanese culture, Chinese culture, Buddhism, Jainism. We will find out how these cultures are similar to each other and how most of our Management etiquette have been derived from these cultures. We will see the real business application of these cultures and their values and tradition in Management. The course covers the following:

What is Indian Ethos?
People behave and respond according to their ethos. Indian ethos is deep rooted. Indian ethos is derived from the knowledge of Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagwat Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata. Indian people believe in two Universal truths Divinity of all souls and Oneness. everything is interconnected. All work has to be directed to a single purpose. We will study Indian ethos in details in this course.
