This stand alone qualification is a modality of Ayurvedic Bodywork. Our training honours the traditions of Ayurveda and the theory ties in with the Introduction to Ayurveda module.
This section includes;
- Theory/History of Indian Head Massage
- Technique of 40 specific massage movements
- Specific Ayurvedic energy distribution methods
