The workbook is designed to help you get the most self- improvement possible from The Backyard Soccer Skills training program. The workbook helps you create and accomplish goals in soccer that matter to you. For example, a goal could be to increase your record number of juggles by 100% in the next 8 weeks. The workbook gives you specialized, daily training schedules that guide you through each and every training session. It also helps you track your training results so that you can see how you're progressing over time.

The educational audio/video lectures teach you how to use the workbook & training videos to conduct amazing training sessions that actually improve your soccer skills.

You may be wondering "how long will this course take to complete?"

Complete the course materials. Then you'll be ready to begin the training program. The course materials can be completed as soon as today. The training program itself takes only about one hour per day, three days a week, for eight weeks.

this course is structured into two sections, a course introduction and the training program.

In the introduction, I briefly explain how to use the course videos. I'll show you what materials and training environment you'll need (your backyard should be fine) as well as the cheapest ways to get them (if you don't have them already)
