Course details
This competency unit specifies the skills and knowledge to clarify own role in business plans, execute and adapt implementation plans, as well as monitor and report on outcomes of business plan implementation.
This unit is within the competency category of Strategy Planning & Implementation and consists of the following elements:
- Clarify own role in business plan to facilitate execution of implementation plans
- Execute implementation plans found in business plan in a timely manner in consultation with management
- Adapt implementation plans when necessary to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Monitor and report on outcomes of business plan implementation to relevant stakeholders in accordance with organisational procedures
Entry Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy, and
- Working experience of at least two years and above at a Supervisory or Managerial position
