In summary being an effective Human Resource (HR) Manager entails being able to bring new perspective to the employer-employee relationship by adopting innovative techniques to transform their workforce into a competitive advantage for the business. • To support a newly appointed HR Manger to transition from a junior HR administration role to a management position within HR

CERTIFICATION

• Strategic Human Resource Management is a short learning programme (SLP) that is certified by the Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). The IIE short learning programmes (SLPs) available through The Business School have been specifically designed for working adults. These SLPs differ from The IIE full qualifications that are also available through Varsity College and which are registered on the National Qualifications Framework.
