This course will take you through the nutritional journey children take when they start to move on from milk and onto a range of different foods. This course is designed for new parents with children up to 6 months old. This course will tell you when to move onto different tastes and textures as well as the logic behind this information. All this information is provided by a registered dietitian with a wealth of experience in interview style videos, cookery demonstartions and audio as well as providing you with written materials. If you want to know what the best way to start introducing food with your child in order to ensure they have a healthy balanced diet this is the video for you. This course will define terms such as weaning, healthy eating and portion sizes. This course will take you around 6 full hours to complete. It is structured into 6 sections with videos, audio and written resources in each.
