Hi and thank you for coming to my course. What this course is about is how to handle stress and anxiety.

We all go through hard times in life and theirs different ways to handle those stressful situation without losing your mind or thinking negative thoughts. If you feel like your always stressed out or have a hard time with anxiety this would be a great class for you. I'll be going step by step of how I learn to overcome this issues and how I have taught my patients with their anxiety.

The course is mainly made up of videos and each video is about 10-20 minutes long and theirs 2 hours of video content to watch.

The reason why you would want to take this course is to learn to know more about your thoughts and to think differently.

I'll be available to help answer questions you have when you need it also.
