How to Prevent and Manage Dementia by Design

Course details

 This course begins by explaining what dementia is and how to identify it.  It then reviews the causes of dementia, including many that are reversible.  It goes on to cover many different steps that can be taken to dramatically lessen the chance of developing dementia as well as strategies that have been shown to significantly slow its progression if it is already present.
