The course is broken into four parts. The first part is about the basic concepts associated with both grief and Reiki. The three-subsequent parts focus on the emotional, physical and spiritualgrief components. Each part contains meditations,lessons, handouts, key takeaways,short quiz andanactivityspecifically focused on helping you better navigate your grief.
