The programme aims to provide the core discipline of Mechanical Engineering that allows student to make the right choice for the further options.

The Higher diploma programme covers the essential range of topics from designing, machine elements, thermodynamics and strength of materials, fluid mechanics, instrumentation and mechatronics. The modules are essential to pursue an engineering career in mechanical and understand the design and its operations.
The programme will equip students with the tools and techniques used in the Mechanical engineering industry in order to improve the production. Upon graduation, the students will be eligible to be a production support engineer, Technical officer, M&E coordinator and Assistant Engineer.
