The Higher Diploma: Commerce: Human Resources Management provides skills, knowledge and understanding of human resource planning; recruitment, selection, placement and orientation of employees training and career development; labour relations; management of performance appraisal, compensation and benefit programmes; and development of personnel policies and procedures. The qualification covers management and organisation theory, organisational behaviour and development approaches, labour relations theory and practice, interpersonal skill development, and special perspectives such as women in management.
Entrance Requirement
Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent NQF 5 qualification or 4 years verifiable and relevant working experience.
