Core subjects cover construction technology at domestic level (year one) and non-domestic level (year two) this is a fast moving area with many new technologies emerging to meet the demands of sustainability. The construction management module gives you a broad understanding of the procedures used by construction companies to manage elements such as production, programming, health & safety and quality. You will also develop a range of practical and marketable skills in such areas as CAD and Land Surveying. A collection of other specially selected modules will broaden your understanding of construction process and organisation.
