    The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers is pleased to announce a partnership with the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Dublin for the delivery of a level 6 higher Certificate award in Real Estate: Valuation, Sale and Management that satisfies the requirements of National Property Services Regulatory Authority for licensing purposes. Graduates who have successfully completed IPAV's Certificate in Estate Agency are eligible to apply for this award on the basis of their qualification. This new route is student friendly and requires the applicant to undertake a practical work based Professional Practice module to satisfy the requirement of the award. The Professional Practice module covers all subjects previously studied on the Certificate in Estate

    Agency and allows the student to demonstrate in a practical manner what s/he has learned on the programme. This is achieved through the compilation of a learning portfolio where the students will demonstrate online the learning achieved in work without the requirement to attend lectures. This will be evidenced by describing tasks undertaken and uploading these as evidence for assessment by the academic staff involved.
