The Higher Certificate: Commerce: Human Resources Development enables a strong foundation in business skills and competencies as a context to the human resources function. Skill sets informing the programme include Business Management, Business Marketing, Business Finance, Computer Literacy and Management Computing, Economics, Business Communication and the Principles of Law. The business context is strongly supplemented by Human Resources Management skills and competencies, in order to ensure entry into this occupational field.
