This course will provide students with an overview of the grant writing process. It's intended to offer a practical approach to writing grants and to alleviate a lot of the anxiety and intimidation new grant writers experience.
This course is taught using a variety of formats, including video, audio, and PowerPoint. There is one exercise to help you write goals and objectives and a quiz upon completion.
As a bonus, students will receive supplementary materials, including a sample letter of support they can use to solicit letters from community partners.Students will also receive a proposal template to guide them in writing a basic grant.
You should take this course if you are tired of signing up for introductory grant writing courses that offer hype to get you in the class, but offer no substance. This course offers substantive information and insights from an insider perspective. You will learn tips that will make your grant proposal stand out from your competition. If you use the strategies taught in this course, you will make it impossible for funders to say NO!
