Course details
The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of healthcare records fundamentals. The programme is very interactive drawing on participants’ day-to-day personal experiences in the workplace in order to discuss the implications of effective and ineffective healthcare records processes. The content includes the importance of effective records management, being aware of simple mistakes and their implications and understanding the legislation regarding healthcare records, as well as emphasising the importance of personal responsibility.
