The aim of the course is to enable those who attend to make responsible and informed contributions to the health and safety effort in their workplace.

- ISO 9001:2008 contains requirements for a quality management system.
- These requirements can be complex and confusing to those who are encountering it for the first time. Organisations that have implemented, or plan to implement the standard will need to understand these requirements and how they impact on them.
- The course includes a series of lectures and workshops aimed at providing a clear
