    A training course specially designed for Doctors and Dentists with skill in the practice of acupuncture. The course is recognized by Singapore TCM Practitioners Board. Upon completion of the course candidates are required to pass the SARE (Singapore Acupuncturist Registration Examination) for registration and practicing.

    Entry Requirement:

    • Medical Doctor or Dentist who possessed medical or dental degree with a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience
    • Applicant must be currently registered (fully or conditional) with Singapore Medical Council or Singapore Dental Council

    • Graduate Diploma in Acupuncture - Conferred by Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

    The Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established in 1953 as the Chinese Physician Training College (renamed in 1976) by the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association. Since then, the college has grown to be a well-established Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) institution in the region. These graduates are currently practicing TCM in various parts of Singapore, providing TCM treatment and healthcare to the public, contributing significantly to TCM development in the country.
