Course details
This course introduces a proven system used by venture accelerator programs and high- growth businesses to manage and execute goals. Templates of the various documents are included. The lessons will walk you through how to create your own long-term and short-term goals using these templates to engage in business discovery. You'll receive feedback from the instructor initially and if you choose from other entrepreneurs. Part of this course is the option to continue, at no additional cost, in problem-solving groups comprised of other start-up founders that are utilizing the same system.
