Course details

In the current challenging economic environment, there are many uncertainties and evolving risks facing small, medium sized and large organisations and more than ever the capacity and capability to address and manage risk is a key requirement for all managers. Risk management offers a structured and disciplined approach and has implications for strategic and business planning, audit and assurance arrangements and the day to day management and control of activities.
