- Factors in your personal life that might be increasing the conflict at work

- Strategies for resolving the situations, including what to say and where to say it
This conflict resolution video offers helpful interactive features, including brief periodic quizzes to ensure that the employees who take this course understand the material. Furthermore, the course also includes an end of course test, which requires a minimum score in order for completion. Employees are able to review the course and retake the test until they pass.
