Course details

This training program is designed to provide the essential general knowledge and understanding of health and safety for employees in workplace at commerce, public or service industries. Focus on the practice of good health and safety standards are given emphasis in order to reduce risks and prevent accidents and ill health arising from work activities. This course will also discuss the responsibilities and accountabilities of the employers for the safety conditions and fire prevention of the workers as required by the law. This will provide appropriate training for developing skills attitudes and knowledge on health and safety as essential element for a safe system.

Course Objective:

Upon successful completion of the training the participants will be able to fulfill the following objectives:

• Work in a safe and healthy manner and contribute to improving health and safety within the organization’s policy.
• Identify key hazards in their own workplace.
• Understand the importance of safety, security, First aid and emergency procedure at work place.
• Report potential health and safety, fire and security problems.

Target Audience:

Target participants for company workers, supervisor’s team and leader or anyone who want to acquire general safety awareness at workplace.
