This program is designed for the aspiring Gelato professional or entrepreneurs who have no knowledge or experience in Gelato.

The objective of these classes are to teach the basic theoretical and practical concepts necessary to produce superior Gelato. Participants will acquire sufficient knowledge and confidence to enter the Gelato business.
