Fundamentals of Queuing Theory and Line Balancing Udemy
Price: AED 73

Course details

Queuing theory is often considered as a branch of operations research as a sub-field of applied mathematics. This came into existence just over 100 years ago, by the publication of works and by successful practical application by the Danish mathematician, statistician and engineer Agner Krarup Erlang (18781929).  Queuing theory is based on elementary system theory, on entity structure and relations.

On the other hand, assembly line balancing is the process of allocating a group of tasks that is to be performed in an ordered sequence of workstations in such a manner that all workstations have approximately equal allotted time to finish their tasks.
