This course will help participants to better understand the role of marketing, the organisations? current market position and planning for widening markets. It focuses on understanding the theory, learning the jargon and discussing the practical applications relating to the exciting world of marketing. It includes examining the principles that underpin marketing as a philosophy, discussions specifically include customers, segmentation, positioning, the internal and external marketing environment and the importance of communications & marketing research .It will also help participants to clearly understand & develop a sound marketing plan for better corporate results.
