Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) consists of a suite of awards, including certificates, diplomas and a revised Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification. These flexible awards focus on the core skills of financial accounting and management accounting, and the wider role of accountants in business at higher levels. The qualification is an internationally recognized qualification, offered by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Students can choose from various flexible entry points with a certification awarded at each level, allowing them to tailor their awards. The FIA exam preparatory course starts in February and August every year to prepare candidates for the June and December examination sessions, respectively. For computer-based exams, preparatory course starts in March, July and November every year to prepare candidates for the June, October and February examination sessions, respectively.
EYTC FIA program is comprehensive, especially designed to maximize chances of success at the examination.
