Our Finance for non-Financial Managers training course will provide learners with sound understanding of financial tools and techniques. It will take into account your company-specific circumstances and cover the financial expertise most appropriate to meeting your business objectives. Participants with little or no financial know-how are accommodated through non-technical tuition.

  • Financial Planning and Monitoring in line with Business Goals including KPIs
  • Financial Management & Accounting Principles
  • Analysis, Interpretation and Preparation of Basic Financial Statements
  • Working Capital Management (this module is offered only if appropriate to identified business objectives)
  • Managing Cash Flow – how to prepare and read cash flow and projected cash flow
  • Effective Costing & Budget Preparation, Audit and Control
  • Managing Debt Collection
  • Sources of Finance and Funding (this module is offered only if appropriate to identified business objectives)

Training Methods:

  • Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion
  • There will also be course hand-outs, group exercises.
