This course provides non finance managers with the opportunity to gain working knowledge about Accounting and Finance principles and concepts, and throws light on how and why knowledge of Finance is paramount for all functional level managers in decision making. Though the course is covered in three days, it is extensive and gives a solid ground for nonfinancial mangers in reading, understanding and analyzing financial statements
