Course details
This programme is designed to provide training in a company based setting, for learners with disabilities and/or high support needs. The programme aims to support learners in identifying a specific skills area and in achieving employment in their chosen skills area or in progressing to further education or training. The programme offers FETAC component certification in Level 4, leading to a major award in employment skills – 4M0857.
Modules
Career Planning, Communications, Functional Maths, Workplace Safety, Customer Service, Personal Effectiveness or Personal & Interpersonal Skills, Information Technology Skills, Teamworking or an approved Level 3, 4 or 5, Work Experience.

As Ireland's largest non-governmental training and education organisation, they offer over 70 different training ctheirses from art and cookery to computer and business skills.
Over 90 per cent of those who completed their programmes last year moved on to employment or to further education and training.
National Learning Network is the training and employment division of the Rehab Group. they have over 50 years experience in the area of training for employment or further education and benefit from a hugely experienced multi-disciplinary team of nearly 600 teachers, trainers, programme development officers, psychologists, counsellors and employment support staff.
