COURSE OVERVIEW:

With most courses in LA College of Creative Arts, the aim is to apply practical learnings in conjunction with academia to prepare our students for a career in the creative sector; and this newly launched fashion buying course is no exception. Designed by some of Ireland and the UK's leading fashion buyers, students will study everything from stock selection, price points, trend forecasting and selecting a product for a variation of business models including- department stores, boutiques, men's, women's and children's fashions.

About LA College of Creative Arts

The LA College of Creative Arts was founded in 2005 by Lorraine O’Neill. After travelling extensively across the world studying every element of the make-up and beauty industry, Lorraine returned home and spotted an immediate gap in the market for a college that offered a superior level of training in creative arts. Lorraine’s vision soon became a reality and since then she has worked tirelessly to offer the best of the best in international training.Originally focused solely on make-up artistry training, trading as LA Make-Up Academy, the college now offers a wide range of internationally accredited full and part-time courses in textile design, millinery, photography, fashion marketing, beauty therapy, brand management, fashion styling and hair-styling. These include introductory courses and workshops for beginners seeking to learn basic technique and application through to highly intensive degree options devised for those who wish to pursue a long lasting and successful career within their chosen discipline.
