This course is an in-depth, step by step guide to the main principles of an effective qigong practise, that can transform the way you think and feel on a daily basis. 

Your tool box is your body and mind. No other equipment is necessary. 

By the end of the course, students will have a life-long personal toolbox of skills that enables them to:

  • Develop greater mindfulness 
  • Move more fluidly
  • Deepen the breath 
  • Release energetic tension
  • Take great care of the spine
  • Feel more confident and spontaneous
  • Deepen body awareness
  • Feel and work with one's energy
