Effective Supervisory Skills for Supervisors/Team Leader/Front Line Managers is essential in any successful operational environment. Supervisors/Team Leader/Front Line Managers are faced with a variety of situations they need to be able to effectively handle. They have competing priorities from operations and from the staff they lead. Research shows that many employees are promoted or placed in a leadership position without effective training or skills.

The focus of this two day workshop is to educate and develop Supervisors/Team Leader/Front Line Managers in effective leadership and supervisory skills in order to effectively manage situations. It is designed to be an interactive and challenging programme, with emphasis on facilitation and group involvement.
