Course details

Use the power of yoga and nutrition to recover and thrive after giving birth.  This is an amazing and challenging time for any mother.  This course will follow yoga instructor, Pilar, through her own postpartum journey back to feeling great. You can expect to tone and slim the body, gain core awareness, increase energy, and improve balance. 

This course includes 6 forty minute yoga classes. They build progressively week to week easing you back in to physical strength and vitality. The first class starts with Pilar at 6 weeks post birth with each additional class filmed week to week. The six weeks of sessions are truly transformative and will result in you feeling and looking great. We suggest  you do the given week's yoga class 3 - 4 times and intersperse your days with light walking.
