AMIDEAST is pleased to announce the launch of the The English for Journalism Graduates program. The English for Journalism Graduates is a program of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo’s Cultural Affairs Office. It is a comprehensive professional development program for journalism and mass communication graduates in Cairo, Alexandria and Mansoura.
Program Goal
The program aims to enhance the English language and research skills of journalism and mass communication graduates, male and female. The program goal is to equip new journalists with the language and professional skills they need to compete successfully in today’s job market and be effective professionals in Egypt’s fast-changing media environment.
Eligibility Requirements
- Egyptian citizenship
- Age not to exceed 25 at the beginning of the program
- Graduates of mass communication schools with a major in journalism
Required Documents
