This professional training program is designed to build confidence in the student while speaking, listening, English in business contexts.They will increase the student's vocabulary and practice using Business English in everyday business situations on the telephone, and in meetings, presentations or negotiations. Students will also develop their Business English skills by writing e-mails, memos and business letters, participating in simulated meetings and role-plays, and discussing case studies. Some of the program activities may include examining cross-cultural business practices and learning how to deal with customers.
- Upon successfully finishing this professional training program, trainees should be able to accomplish the following:
- Improve the ability to use English effectively when speaking or listening
- Increase the ability to explain policies and procedures
- Become fluent in speaking English using strong vocabulary while talk to customers
- Speak more professionally and use excellent English grammar, and terminology
