Professionals are expected to know basics of Technical Writing and Human Resource Management. These two skills are complementary and intercalate in real life. Integrating non technical skills has become a basic requirement for running business and for effective career development. This course integrates basic writing and human resource management knowledge. Attendees will employ delivered knowledge to effectively produce job descriptions for their jobs and for the jobs of their subordinates. Because job descriptions are dynamic by nature, their updating and revision should naturally be the duty of the professionals themselves.
