In our personal and professional life different emotions and our reacts to stressful situation, depression or hectic routines may cause serious harm to our professional reputation and work productivity.
At workplace stressful situations are very common and to manage our emotions in such situation sometimes become harder and harder but if we fail to manage our emotions at workplace, we may face various serious outcomes.
So to enhance our productivity and to build our good reputation at workplace with negative feelings we also have to manage our positive emotions such as excitement, feelings of joy, compassion etc because sharing the positive emotions in a constructive and professional way will be benefited at workplace.
