    Course details

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) encompasses a set of emotional and social skills that significantly impact our ability to perceive and express ourselves, maintain social relationships, manage stress, and use emotional information effectively. As a critical factor for success in both personal and professional life, EQ is even considered a better predictor of achievement than IQ. It includes individual reflection, paired activities, role-play exercises, and small group interactions to enhance learning.

Over two days, participants will learn to identify their interpersonal strengths and blind spots, understand the neuroscience of emotions, and explore how empathy and communication styles influence performance.

    • 2 day highly interactive workshop activity and experiential learning
