To formalize the participants in the basics and roles of specifying the materials, description the work activities and analyzing the unit rate in the bill of quantities for construction projects through a project case study.The participants will be able to demonstrate and discuss method of preparing the items in the bill of quantities and the price analysis with a proper recommendation to the client about the overall cost of the project and the nominated contractor.
