Course details
This programme will look at how you can create and design effective messages for public communication. Harnessing insights from various social psychology and communication theories, this programme will also explore how you can effectively apply these concepts in your messages.
You will be shown what questions to ask and how to develop your message, which medium to use, as well as how to test the effectiveness of the message before and after your public communications plan has been launched.
