Over the past 12 years of working with students I have found the concept of differentiation during the job interview process to be a lost concept.

I have been a mentor to many students. Helping each to have the confidence to find a way to successfully differentiate themselves resulting in a job offer.

I concluded that I should be able to put a class together that would help more than I can help myself, So that is what I have done.
