The art of communication is the language of leadership. Managers need to be able to influence others to get things done through effective communication. One of the major causes of miscommunication is differences in personality. By understanding the various types of personalities, managers can be flexible in communication to accommodate different needs.
In this course, participants will learn more about their personality, using DISC profiling tool, so as to be able to understand their impact on others and also take other personality types into consideration during communication.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants should have knowledge and understanding of:
- Using DISC profiling system to understand how one’s personality impacts self and others
- Harness the differences in personalities
- Able to adjust leadership style based on different personalities of staff.
