Learn how diabetes type 2 can be prevented, successfully managed, and sometimes even reversed, based on the latest knowledge.

Learn why and how to choose a wide range of wholesome foods, ingredients and food products to best suit your unique needs – and which foods are best avoided.

Watch Maggie demonstrate how easy it is to create delicious low-GI/GL, nutrient dense meals and snacks that have modest or low levels of carbs.

Learn to create your own weekly meal plans, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.

All recipes provided will be demonstrated and enjoyed in class.

This is a sustainable way of healthy eating that is practical, flexible and enjoyable. It is not an extreme dietary approach based on raw foods, zero carbs or protein shakes. The use of herbs, spices, vitamins and minerals that may be useful in assisting blood sugar control will also be covered.

The learning materials, foods and recipes used on the course are also designed for people with diabetes type 1 and pre-diabetes (metabolic syndrome).
