In Tibet the practice of meditation was developed a lot, with great teachers. These practices are now in the west and in this course the most basic practices but with a profound impact are taught. Here you will learn to meditate and relax your mind with techniques that'll let you reduce stress and take distance from disturbing emotions.
On this course we'll teach first a theoretical introduction to meditation and then the basic meditation techniques are teached, also you'll find resources and links to studies about the benefits of meditation and other downloadable resources to strengthen and build a daily meditation practice.
