Course details

This course is designed to explore the principles, values, and techniques for dynamic facilitation.

Through hands-on activities, you will learn to apply the tools and techniques of facilitation. You will also develop your planning and preparation skills for two-day sessions, while learning how to meet the needs of participants through a range of participatory facilitation techniques designed for varied and stimulating meetings and problem solving. The course will also address how to deal with challenges and challenging behavior.
