This course covers knowledge and skills to develop service strategies based on market entry opportunities. It involves developing strategic plans to enter a market based on the organisation’s identified market opportunity. It also involves evaluating the strategy and managing the risks associated with the service strategy.
Target Audience:
This course is for VPs and service directors from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Develop a service strategy for market entry opportunities
- Evaluate service strategy to determine feasibility of implementation in identified market & its impact on the organisation
- Manage risks involved in implementing service strategy

Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 7 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a senior management role (preferably in the service sector)
